Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. While it boasts a good location with nice views, the service and dining experiences were lacking. The rooms were not as clean as I hoped and the amenities felt outdated. The hot spring was decent, but everything else failed to impress me.
I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel. While the location was great with breathtaking views of the river and mountains, the overall condition of the place left a lot to be desired. The rooms and facilities felt old and poorly maintained, and the dining options didn’t meet my expectations for a Japanese Onsen. Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here, especially if you're looking for a quality hot spring experience.
I had high hopes for this hotel, especially since it was walkable from the train station and near some attractions. Sadly, the experience was disappointing. The check-in process was confusing and the room cleanliness was far below my expectations. The food was subpar and the dining area had an unpleasant smell. On the upside, I did enjoy the private hot spring, but overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here given the state of the facilities and food.
The resort has a pleasant onsen and comfortable rooms, but it's starting to show its age and has some maintenance issues. While the dining experience wasn't bad, it falls short of what one might expect from a traditional Japanese onsen. There are also some cleanliness concerns and limited Wi-Fi access. Overall, it's a decent place for a stay, but I might explore other options next time.
