Relaxing Onsen Retreat

Fun Facilities Galore

I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel. While the location was great with breathtaking views of the river and mountains, the overall condition of the place left a lot to be desired. I had high hopes for this hotel, especially since it was walkable from the train station and near some attractions. Sadly, the experience was disappointing. The check-in process was confusing and the room cleanliness was far below my expectations. The food was subpar and the dining area had an unpleasant smell.
